add support for file size rotate #4

if for ex the generated logfile exceeds a specified file size limit in uncompressed format it will rotate the file and adds an exta counter to to the filename

for ex maillog-2014-04-05-01 ...-02 ...-03and so on and all of them are split on a specifed file size limit
