Starting a thread on these changes. Probably more coming. In particular-

[ ] the amidar utils added here should probably live over in toybox.AmidarIntervention
[ ] some junctionwalker cleanup
[ ] minimal SpaceInvadersAgent from semantic features

These changes (namely: the stablebaselines amidar agent) also depend on some gym utils added on @toybox-rs/Toybox branch small-fixes.
