Old-style search layout

• [x] Google, Google Images, and Google Video could all have their search boxes on homepages and results pages be made a bit squarer, and the padding between results could probably be condensed a bit.
• [x] Green website link text would also be nice.
• [x] "People also ask" can be removed thanks.
• [x] It'd probably be quite hard to reorganise the little thumbnail thing above the result title, but padding could be slimmed and a regex replacement of / › /\//g could be done to transform URLs to a more normal format.

All of this functionality has been added as of right now; scheduled to be added in the upcoming v2.2 update.
