設定モードにはSERVICE+TESTの”長押し”が必要になるよう変更 #11

ゲームによってはSERVICE+TESTを押す必要があるようなので、設定モードは長押しするように変更した方が良い。 Change to require keeping SERVICE+TEST pressed for a while to avoid conflicts due to the same key bindings in some games.
