Can't get it to work with Namco System 12 (tekken tag tournament)

I can't get it to work with Namco System 12 (tekken tag tournament) pcb. Do I need to do something not mentioned previously in the documentation?

Can you flip the signal level adjustment option and try with both mode? Namco's signal level is subtle, and probably only one of them will work.
