Issue with Connecting Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver

When plugging the Microsoft XBOX 360 Wireless receiver directly to IONA, receiver doesn't work or turn on.

When plugging the Microsoft XBOX 360 Wireless receiver to the Brook Wingman XB accessory THEN plugging it in the IONA, it works.

However, the issue is that when fully pressing the analog left and right triggers, they don't register a full 100% press.

When plugging the Microsoft XBOX 360 Wireless receiver with the Brook Wingman FGC, the controllers work perfectly and register 100% full press on all analog signals.
