agl-shell protocol updates

This patch series includes updates up to agl-shell version 4. Plan is to bump these to latest currently available (which is version 8).

• includes the minor fixes from https://github.com/toyota-connected/ivi-homescreen/pull/109/commits, which are need in both trees
• includes a fix for bound_ok/nok v2 protocol update
• includes agl-shell version 3 update for receives different events
• includes agl-shell version 4 update to allow specifying a custom activation area (AGL has been using this for a while now, but this was only been done using the weston ini configuration file): this adds the ability to do it programatically but also from the json configuration file.

@mv0 this may impact the meta-agl-flutter recipe patch. Scott's change should be merged here as well.

Uhum, had a brief talk with him over IRC a few days ago and decided we would redo/fix any conflict we might have. That's what I'm doing now. I was tempted to upstream that as well, but ultimately we would like to see if doing it with gRPC (rather than using platform channels) might be the path forward with that. My focus for the time being is/was to add those agl-shell protocol updates.

Fyi, testing also your meta-flutter updates while at it with these patch series and that one as well -- our plan was also to sync up with you today and see if you intend on updating meta-flutter (which you already did :p).

@jwinarske apologies for hijacking this, but do you think you can do another meta-flutter update to bump SRCREV for flutter-auto agl branch as to include these changes? Your recent updates for meta-flutter in AGL have been integrated, so I think we can get these in as well.
