Error when setup.bat install

[Hing-Hing-Zone-Zone]

Hello~ I don't have enough knowledge in coding & I got this Error with setup.bat install. Can anyone tell me what I was missing there? ( p.s. I don't have actual webcam with my desktop computer. I'm not sure is that create error?)
