I started the translation of the readme file. But, the file is big and I didn't finished yet.

I think translating the files would invite more people to use this repo

wow @lusantisuper thank you for offering to translate! I would agree that opening up to other translations could be helpful in contributing to the project and make it more friendly to other developers who aren't english language first speakers. thanks!
