Error fix #35

Having issues with error for props.children.replace is not a function related to the tools page. There is some error getting thrown when links/headers are not properly formatted. Resolved for now

also, netlify deploy previews are no joke - take them seriously. couldn't determine issue in previous deploy based on files changed markdown review and it was legitimately an issue. all builds failed after commit where deploy rules did not. this was tested locally before pushing to commit.
