As suggested in #19 I have reorganized the MD files (just 2-Tools for now) so that we can pool all resources in to the resources folder and then add a frontmatter to both the resources and docs page to define tags that are used to listing resources.
This is only implemented in the tools page but shouldn't be much work to get in to the other pages as well.
