Shouldn't there be some explanation on how to install julia-repl? #78

It would be nice if the README had a few words about how to install this. Especially if someone wants to grab the latest. Which of the files are needed? Are there any installation gotchas? And so on.

It is assumed that the user will install from MELPA.

What else do you think should be included?
