OCE-libraries-release.cmake file contains personal paths #658

There are paths in the noted file that are prefixed with C:/projects/oce/cmake-build/ on lines 210, 221, and 232 instead of the prefix ${_IMPORT_PREFIX}. Replacing them with said prefix will allow it to work again.
