Need to be able to control the CartoDB download, e.g change # to more or less than 30. Not clear what https://github.com/nationalparkservice/npmap-species/blob/gh-pages/backend/maxent/separate.py is doing, that look it's doing something to a csv file, what code is downloading from Carto and making the CSV?

How is https://github.com/nationalparkservice/npmap-species/blob/gh-pages/atbirecords/separate.py different from https://github.com/nationalparkservice/npmap-species/blob/gh-pages/backend/maxent/separate.py ?
