Scan for non-https URLS in code #114

Scan for non-https URLS in code and change code accordingly to pull from https. Let @tpcolson which urls absolutely can't be changed.

On index.html, comment where url will need to be changed on deployment.

No need to modify the URLs anymore since everything works over https, see https://github.com/nationalparkservice/npmap-species/issues/100
