Pop ups hidden under black menu bar #157

Can we make it so that the per observation pop up always displays over the black menu? I think users will be frustrated if that cannot see the pop up in its entirety.

This is an issue in enviromapper and species mapper

This behavior is still present in the new version. Maybe Sarah needs to weigh in on this. I assume it is to be avoided.
