That resource is being requested in line 1212 of the html:

  <script type="text/javascript" src="/files/theme/custom.js?1544037231"></script>

This feels like a bug in the theme we are using, and possibly something that we should pass up the ladder to Weebly support. Maybe @cbrandtbuffalo should make a support ticket (I think his name is on the account)?
