Need to add email contact information for board. #9

Board Who's Who needs to be updated (include Stuart, update positions) and also to add email addresses (See my name in GC for an example of the style).

I'm happy to do it if we can get an up to date list of board members/positions/emails in this ticket. Dan mentioned slack has some email addresses we could harvest, but should verify with the users that those are ok to use as the public facing emails.

Missing: Stuart Mackintosh as new president. What's Jim's new title? Why do we have a director emeritus when we don't have a director?
