Enhancement - coins with no exchange/price when in autoexchange mode #12

When in Autoexchange mode - coins without price won't be added to users balances. Could be an enhancement so that pools with autoexchange can offer sh#tcoins without price through direct coin mining. This is just an enhancement and not needed to be implemented.
