why is balloon not in algos?

algo ist missing as hash-code is not part of original yiimp code nor Kudaraidee's fork need to backport code to get it work

hash code added, hash speed calculation needs some rework

Ok Do you have an yiimp pool setup yet, to try the balloon out?

nothing special needed, just use default settings from sample config. only issue is the initial client speed reported is to high, cools down after some minutes
