The docker-build.yml
workflow in the GitHub repository has been updated to rename the workflow from "Deploy Image to GHCR" to "Build docker image." The triggering conditions have also been modified to include pull requests and restrict the push event to only the main branch.

Thought the testing of the image could be useful already in the pull requests. Since there have been a few scenarios where a pull request was merged then generated errors once the test was running on the real branch.
Modifies the workflow to also get triggered on pull requests, in addition it will run the same tests on any commit to any branch. However, it will only push any images on commits merged to the main branch.
