fix: make privacy filter and dog bark filter source specific

Walkthrough

The recent changes enhance the Processor struct to track dog barks and human vocals per audio source using maps. This allows more granular tracking and processing of detections. Additionally, a package comment was added to dogbarkfilter.go.
