Add arrows to dashboard date picker

Walkthrough

The recent updates introduce a new feature for date navigation in the dashboard. A utility function moveDatePicker(days) has been added to assets/util.js, enabling date adjustments. Corresponding buttons with SVG icons for moving dates backward and forward have been incorporated into views/dashboard.html. Additionally, views/index.html now includes the util.js script to support this functionality.
