hwids package #31

which hwids please? there's a few of them out there.

I already had one attempt adding hwids from Gentoo: https://github.com/tpimh/nenuzhnix/commit/7bb34f01dfb5dca0ead8dbec57cd58f9862397ea. Right now PCI and USB ids come from eudev, so there is no need for a separate package for it.

And that's what we use in EasyOS and earlier in Puppy and Quirky, which was the reason I was wondering about hwids and wanted to see what version to try to understand it's need.
