Enable retrieving raw climate model data without calibration with ERA5 #7

Could this work? (See issue #6 )

A bit more details: it seems to get different data when I specify downscaling=FALSE as an option to the climate_forecast function. The tests with the mock API fail, however. Also, I'm not sure if the other API functions (weather forecast, etc.) will work with these modifications.
