Issue #4 Laget ny XML formaterer for å formattere XML fra YR API til JSON.

En funksjon (Med dårlig navn...) tar lat og lon og returnerer JSON fra YR med været.

Committed to quick... Not Asynconus. Console.log will work fine. But return only returns "Undefined"... Will need fix. Closing pull request.
