Releases outdate ? #127

There have been no new releases since 2016, it would be nice to find the last stable tag to make a release because it's been a while since there has been one made This will help to ensure the sustainability of the project over time

it would have been nice to have a new release for each version change.

Hello @tpoechtrager, would you be interested in the github actions workflow to build and upload release assets?

We use the cctools in cross-builds, and rebuild them quite often in docker. I assume, many people can get advantage from prebuilt binaries.
