domainadmin user should be in normal domain, no administrators.org anymore #41

the domainadmin should still be able to manage several domains. he should not be able to change his own details (overall quota, max accounts). cannot be a normal email user, therefore: admin@mydomain.org manages mydomain.org and myotherdomain.com

should the admin be allowed to assign roles, kolab-admin?
