LXC 2.0 Ubuntu Xenial Host: Fedora 24 guest cannot dnf update iputils #25

the previous solution for LXC 1.0, to comment lxc.cap.drop = setfcap in /usr/share/lxc/config/fedora.common.conf does not seem to work anymore.

seems the container must be stopped for a while, not restarted, for the change to take effect?
