Added tests and merged in another fork for adding local for some other vars

Opps .. also forgot to mention it runs in travis-ci, eg https://travis-ci.org/ianheggie/rbenv-aliases/builds (master passes - I am also working on a branch to add aliases for 2.N onwards since ruby has changed its versioning

master now includes the ruby 2.1 semantic versioning changes - I branched off without_semantic_versioning in case you just want the tests
