[Minor/annoyance] README is out of date #3

This is more of an annoyance than anything, but the README file in the repo and the help doc is out of sync. The README file refers to :Obsess command but the help doc shows it as :Obsession.

Yeah I did that on purpose. Since you can abbreviate commands they both work. I thought :Obsess sounded slicker in the context of the README, but the actual docs tell it like it is.
