"Flow commands"

I just discovered sexp's flow commands and they look pretty handy, but the mappings exhibit meta-madness. I wonder if our host or anyone else in the tpopeverse has suggestions for more idiomatic mappings that don't conflict with things like vim-unimpaired, etc.

same here: I would love a meta-free way to use those flow commands (to take my sexp game to the next level) . any advice is greatly appreciated . (I use macOS, and I use the option keys to insert, say, Greek or Aramaic or Sanskrit characters, so I need them to stay as option keys; I understand there is an option in most terminals — I use iTerm2 — to have one or both option keys function as the meta key)
