You will need both Sneak Attack 10.0.13 (not sure about the correct version number) and auto sneak attack features to make it fully automated.
The Sneak Attack by itself will prompt when the sneak attack damage should be applied for the player to confirm.
Auto sneak attack will auto roll sneak attack damage when needed.
Auto sneak attack will do nothing by itself ;)

Thank you. I wasn’t getting the pop up. Do I have to assign it to an item ?

You import the Sneak Attack feature from the MidiQOL sample items compendium and drag it onto the Rogue.
The Sneak Attack feature then will automatically check for the proper conditions to be present so as to trigger the Use Sneak Attack dialog prompt.
Make sure that you are using a Rogue, which is attacking with a light (or finesse) melee or a ranged weapon and has advantage on the attack roll.
If you are in combat, that prompt will appear only once per turn if used.
For faster troubleshooting, I would suggest to come by the Foundry discord and ask around in the #MidiQOL thread, located under Game Systems dnd5e main thread. https://discord.gg/foundryvtt

Thank you! I actually think it might have been bad timing with the 5e issues.

I can not get it to work :disappointed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=niKFEAbNGGc

I didn't even know there was a sub-group under 5e in discord - thank you!
Did this get resolved?
In GitLab by @arcanjl on Jan 20, 2023, 24:44
No, I am just using a situational bonus. Not for trying, though. With the support of discord, we could not get it working. We checked that I was a rogue, that the weapon was correct, even used stock characters, and of course not one mod running but midi and the two dependencies.
So the problem persisted even using different actors? It would be convenient if you could export one of the actors having the problem. Can you export your midi settings and inside your world check the developer console for errors when rolling the attack?

I have the problem on all actors that I have that are rogues  The day when the discord server was helping me, we did check for errors, there were none. Yes I will be happy to export them.
Not quite sure what is going on, but the sneak attack that is on the actor is broken. I can't tell if it is the character import that breaks it or not. From looking at the macro it appears that this sneak attack is one by Crymic.
Try using Sneak Attack 10.0.13 from the midi sample items compendium instead of that sneak attack.

I am sorry. I gave it you with his macro. I stopped using yours (wasn’t working for me). I can put it back on and send it to you. I thought you wanted to look at other parts of it, in hindsight that was dumb, and I waisted your time.
I did want to check the item. However when I import the actor the item is broken, no action nothing to trigger the macro. I’m guessing that’s an kmport issue rather than a problem with the ire. To check can you screenshot the details tab of the item sheet?

Ok, I have video to prove it wasn't working. Maybe it had something to do with the 2.1 updates? It IS working now!
Here are the videos just to show you it wasn't. I am sorry, but it is perfect now, so please close

How do I get it to work? Are there instructions? I dragged auto sneak attack 10.0.10 into the character sheet. She does get the effect, but nothing happens. :)
