1 year ago I had a quick look and it turns out to be a bit tricky since there is no support for filtering out single tokens from the results display - but I'll delve a bit further.

If using one of the "Save - All see result..." options, hidden tokens can be revealed in the chat card if they were targeted in an AoE, hopefully it would be possible to suppress hidden tokens from showing up for the players, but not the DM?
