[feature] Added accesory functions like getAdj and optimized graflex #46

Allowed updateCutoffs function to compute FDR on negative values, when asked
Changed runCutoff into getCutoffFstat
Added getCutoffFDR to get a significant cutoff based on the permuted FDR
Added getAdj function to get the adjacency matrix given cutoff
Optimized graflex related functions to Rcpp C++
Removed fixseed, since setting set.seed() before calling any function is enough to ensure reproducibility
