Execute the b-dot comprehensive test plan outlined in: https://docs.google.com/document/d/19rREwikW7_tMvDox74iJwxKHDRIqvge2y92-HairZPo/edit

The functionality is set up in the develop-simple branch to run these Monte Carlo tests with a speedier version of the sim. Since the b-dot test stops after two orbits, the simplification in the mag field model is applicable + valid for testing.

Ran the test -- all scenarios passed. Data is in the b_dot/test/data/ folder.
