Update sensor proc. filter #54

Instead of sensor proc. combining the two magnetometer readings and putting them through a low pass filter, the magnetometers should go through separate low pass filters and both be put on the CAN bus to bdot and FSW.

This change has already been made on the MSPs, just waiting for the autocode to catch up.
