Allow navigation to shortcuts tab, using keyboard #135

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, there is a keyboard shortcut to open Inspector, but navigating to shortcuts tab requires a mouse click.

Describe the solution you'd like Use keyboard shortcut to navigate to shortcuts tab quickly and quickly start typing in search
