Sometimes I want to quickly paste & execute a small Apex script in a given Org (eg. schedule a batch, mass update)
without having to open the Developer Console or the IDE.

Execute highlighted Apex code from IDE
Open Developer Console > Execute Anonymous Apex

May be useful for manual actions, where you just need to execute an already-tested piece of code
