[data-export] EventLogFile query used to allow downloading logfile

Describe the bug in the past, when querying EventLogFiles i was able to select a particular Logfile to download into excel. Now i see im unable to click it. Id have to use Heroku or similar for this task

just commenting that i see salesforce has an new event log life browser inside setup so this isnt needed!
