Current dist/ folder and bower install are messed / broken #13

It seems the merge of 2.2.7 in this commit https://github.com/tpruvot/fullcalendar/commit/10e7788517dbcd6acd25e0710962000f4ae8a0a5 doesn't include any modifications to the dist folder, so currently this folder seems to contain the arshaw version (i.e, no year view at all).

Could you please rebuild dist so it has your modifications included?

Freedns domain has expired, i updated the demos page to http://epsy.ldtp.net/fullcalendar/demos/

I didnt for merge purpose
