Background Music goes off in XMen Children of the Atom and NBA Jam TE #171

@williamdsw There seems to be a bug with Xmen Children of the Atom and NBA Jam TE, where sometimes the background music won’t play in the character select or the game. I am using the latest firmware 0.6. I have tried the JAP and USA versions and the same problem persists. Can this be solved with a cfg txt?

Thanks. I will try this. How did you figure it out? Is there a similar fix for Marvel Super Heroes Jap or USA?
