Saroo doesn't boot in PAL 60hz #194

I have a PAL VA0 with this 50/60hz switch mod.

What works: Booting in 50hz, loading a game and then switching to 60hz

What doesn't work: Booting in 60hz (no signal)

I also have an action replay cart with Pseudo Saturn Kai on it, and that has no issue booting in 60hz.

I mostly play NTSC games in 60hz, so having to switch back and forth every time I load a game is quite annoying, I'd appreciate any suggestions.

I should have mentioned I'm using a RetroTINK 5X. Even though 60hz works fine in any game or booting my Pseudo Saturn cart, I found I can fix the Saroo by using triple buffer or gen lock, instead of frame lock. I still think the issue is specific to the Saroo, but at least I have a work around. Hopefully this tip helps someone else.
