Add first and last #218

I guess this is related to https://github.com/tpwd/ke_search/issues/219? But in https://github.com/tpwd/ke_search/issues/219 the "first" and "last" labels are not used at all, instead the "prev" and "next" labels are used for both, the link to the first/last page and the link to the next/previous page.
