Performance changes:

Host packet queue improvements
Network packet queue improvements
Classical storage improvements for messages with specific sequence numbers

Performance monitoring;

Added some simple benchmarks
Added directory benchmark with a README with a histogram of benchmark results

Other changes:

Fix of QKD examples
Performance improvement for CHSH

Does partially solve #62
