PR to merge in changes focused for 0.7.1

Namely:

Updates for Florencenet compatibility
Bugfixes including status alert checks, button disabling, and collection list ordering
Added creator outlinks to tzkt
Fixed network-based outlinks for testnet
Small documentation cleanups
