Note: Can't target the base PR #429 because it is in a forked repo.

[x] Get rid of collected
[x] Make minted and for sale point to the main contracts only for MVP
[x] Clean up cat picture / minter name area and make mobile responsive
[x] Add simple back button for now, if landed directly make it redirect to marketplace
