Support axum 0.7 #13

Resolves #12

Bumps deps and resolves the breaking changes from going from axum 0.6.18 to 0.7.4.

Also other minor fixes. Do with it what you want, I'm just including my fork as a submodule in my projects.

Also, thanks for this crate :+1:

Thanks a lot @CramBL ! And sorry @gitmalong I have been travelling and didn't have much time to maintain open source.

I've just pushed version 0.6.0 which supports leptos >0.6.0 using this PR thanks!
