GTEST_PRINT_TIME / --gtest_print_time not implemented #26

The GoogleTestAdvancedGuide page in the wiki documents an environment
variable / command line switch to cause test timings to be printed.

This switch is not implemented in the Google Test library.

It would be useful to have.

This is implemented in the head but hasn't made to a point release yet.  It 
will be
part of the next release.
