The xcode project should match README #73

In version 1.2.0 and the trunk, the README file says the xcode project
contains exectuables with the name run_*.  They are not there.

Fixed in Revision 151.

README was edited to add instructions on adding Custom Executables within 
Xcode. As of now, custom 
executables are not saved in the project.pbxproj and cannot be shared in 
version control systems.
